Need to know how to cut a Fireplace Chamber
Cutting a fireplace chamber panel made of slate or brick even tiles can be done using a 4 inch angle grinder ensure you use the relevant safety equipment mark the chamber where it needs to be cut to using either a pencil or chalk ensuring you measured the size you require it be be at the end, generally you want to cut the back piece to size first, as the 2 small returns will fit up to this in the rear of the firebox when installed or the simple option is to use our bespoke cutting service where we can cut them to size on our 3.5 metre long bridge saw or even make them to the size you need .with our bespoke cutting service Contact us for more information.
Our Stand size of chambers come in 3 parts the larger back panel and the two returns and are approx 30mm in thickness remember to take your time if you do damage it or a piece drops off it is quite easily stuck back on using a cement based tile adhesive.
