.Eazyclad Kandla Grey Porcelain paving slabs are very often used in large areas of the garden to create a low maintenance patio or pathway, They are a Mid grey Tone of colour and have some riven type effect but with out all the hard work of keeping a natural stone patio clean. They come in a large format size of slab 900mm x 600mm x 20mm thick and are top grade anti slip known as  R11.
They are ideal for expansive areas as you only need thin jointing between between each slab which offers  a sleek seamless look  ​
There are many advantages of using Porcelain paving over sandstone as it is non-porous which stops moss, algae and water from penetrating it and does not need sealing unlike real natural stone a wash over with soapy water once in. while is normally enough.  They are very durable and extremely hard wearing and are frost resistant, colour fastened resist fading and will keep their look for many years in a climate like ours in the UK.

We cut only Brazilian Black slate for our wall copings and we can manufacture either a 5mm bevel or 6mm bull nose on them if you require.

These easy to use Grit stone  wall cladding slips are produced in the Uk to replicate real quarry stone but at a fraction of the cost. Every individual slip is hand made using reconstituted stone. They are suitable b=for both internal and external uses and can be attached to many different types of surfaces . They look great on facades of buildings , feature walls, retaining walls in the garden as well as for producing fireplaces for wood burners. 
They come in a thickness of between 15mm. to 40mm and different sizes from. approx 40mm x 30mm up to 400mm x 295mm and every piece is different.

We have always been reluctant to cut sandstone as it harder than the natural slate we generally use but we have discovered some new fantastic blades which cut very cleanly. In most cases, the hearth will come with hand dressed edges.

We are please to announce that we will be shortly opening our new show room in Hereford. We have had the same display area for the last 7 years or so and whilst it did its job and showed potential customers some of our products it was not the best as i'm sure many of you who visited would agree as many of the comments I had was this takes me back 50 years or so from some of the older customers . We will be displaying our hearth stones made of slate ,our range of stone cladding and brick slips as well as our Paving stone range and we will continue to cut slate steps ,coping stones and window cills  . We still have the engraving machines so we may even stick one of those in there so we can engrave your house signs etc while you wait we still have to make our minds up on that one though. We have teamed up with a fireplace installer who will have a small but very nice range of wood burners on display and hopefully he will set a few up that will be live so you can see them going. 

Opening hours will probably remain as they are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 10 am to 2pm but will review this as times go's on we are the same place so no change of address .

Eazyclad offer a custom cutting service for slate steps we use a  Brazilian Black slate which has a smooth riven surface preventing trips but giving good grip under foot. 
We are often asked how hard it is to cut slate ? and to be honest generally we say give us the measurements and we will di for for so in that case its simple if you do want to trim a bit yourself then a angle grinder will do the job fine. The longest step we are able to price in one single piece is 1500mm long and the depth is 900mm and we have a option of 20mm or 30mm thick. As well as the standard sawn edges we can put a 5mm chamfer or 8mm bullnose . 
As well as the steps we are also able to do Copings stones and window cills to match if you require them. do carry a stock size range but are also able to cut different sizes depending on the size (width) and length of your wall.
