There are many blogs on the internet that have said that stone cladding can lower the value on a property, this may have been correct back in the 1970s when cladding was in its infancy but with new modern building practices and the modern way that stone cladding is made has completely changed this idea and can actually add money when you want to sell. The picture above shows a 1960s style bungalow  that was looking old and outdated but has been upgraded and improved on the exterior using our manufactured stone cladding veneers and feel sure that if the owners had it revalued it would certainly have increased  in value.
