Eazyclad split faced tiles are a modular panel form of Natural Stone Cladding. Easy to use by the DIY novice to update and improve any area of the home. Suitable for Internal or External uses. Its Light weight approx. 40kg per square metre makes it suitable to go up to approx. 3m in height with no need to secondary fix. Panel sizes vary from 400mm to 600mm long x 120mm to 150mm high and between 15-30mm in thickness depending on particular stone used.

Method Of Installation :
These stone panels are quick and easy to fix to a wall with a good quality neutral tile adhesive. compared to building a traditional stacked stone wall, it is possible to cover a large wall in a short period of time because of their size. There is no need for grouting; therefore once they are laid the job is finished .
Your will require very few tools to use this cladding. Notched Trowel , Rubber mallet, Adhesive, Angle Grinder.
. Suitable for cladding a brick, block or precast concrete wall Fireboard or cement board.
. Cost Effective and easy to install, grouting is not required.
. Use recommended tile adhesive, especially for wet areas.
. Apply a generous amount of adhesive to the back of each panel and the wall surface to ensure max adhesion.
. Fix the panels in a "brick" pattern or offset, never on top of each other and alternate corners.
. Fix panels as tight as possible to each other, avoiding unsightly gaps.
Fitting Of Panels
Fitting should commence from the lowest row, fitting the Eazyclad Stacked stone pieces together. On fixing the second row, the joints should be alternated with those in the first row to avoid them being visible. These panels may be applied over any masonry surface, concrete block, brick, cement , fireboard, cement board ect. If the support structure is painted or in the case of any other base which does not have the necessary adherence this should be scrapped or chipped away in order to prevent panels from becoming loose.
In general, a simple cement-based adhesive for exterior use, with a high level of flexibility, minimum vertical movement and resistant to prolonged exposure can be used. Eazyclad recommends the approved adhesive for fixing. It is important to ensure that the can withstand the weight of the panel. For exteriors.
